“We’re thrilled to have Dr. Christina Ko join the team at Kim Pet Hospital as she begins her career as a veterinarian. Dr. Ko is a 2024 graduate of the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada. During her undergraduate years as an engineering student, she discovered her true passion for veterinary medicine. Dr. Ko then dove into volunteering at local clinics, the Toronto Humane Society, the Toronto Wildlife Centre, and even doggy daycare services during her school breaks, loving every moment of her experience in the veterinary field. Throughout her training in veterinary school, Dr. Ko developed a special interest in internal medicine, dermatology, and dentistry. At home, she has a senior dog, Sarang, who is still full of energy and runs around like a puppy. Dr. Ko is bilingual (English and Korean) and loves answering questions from clients. She looks forward to meeting you and your furry family members!”
